CSF was established in Saida in 1992. Its members built a technical-school platform and a permanent campus. Today, that foundation supports education, employment, protection and community work.

Our Story

CSF began by widening access to education and practical skills. Its members built a campus for technical learning. As community needs changed, its work expanded to employment, protection and recovery.

    Founded in Saida in 1992, CSF built a technical-school platform and its own campus.

    CSF is strengthening its team, membership and partnerships to extend its reach.

Governance

CSF’s General Assembly elects the Executive Committee and sets institutional direction. The Executive Committee oversees governance and accountability; the Executive Director and programme teams manage day-to-day delivery. CSF is strengthening this structure as it grows.

Institutional Development

CSF’s education and training base remains central. As conditions changed, the foundation added employment support, protection, relief and community recovery. CSF continues to strengthen its delivery, safeguarding and reporting.
